Founder and CEO
Susan Flowers is the founder and CEO of Summit Healthcare Personnel. As a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Susan has a deep understanding of the importance of finding the perfect caregivers for your facility's unique needs. She brings a wealth of experience in long-term care as a Director and Director of Nursing, home health care as a Regional Supervisor, and emergency hospital care to our team. She has critical care experience in Cardiac, Telemetry and Surgical ICU. Flowers brings with her a passion to educate and mentor our staff. As a founder, her goal is to provide remarkable staff and outstanding service to those we assist.

Director of Operations
Chris Healy is the Director of Operations at Summit Healthcare Personnel. With over 25 years of experience in business operations, Chris helps ensure clients and staff are fully satisfied with Summit Healthcare Personnel services.
